Sweet is Carmel

There is a strange impatience
A longing of sorts
To dive in deeply
Drown more dramatically
Become inhaled by this welcoming
This tasteful, flaunting freedom
That breathes an expansive, endless beauty
And shimmers sweetly
Across all that melts into it
Glistens for it
Like billions of tiny stars that silently fell
While no one was looking.
